Ram's Horn Bow Saw
Bow saws have been used by cabinetmakers for centuries. The traditional workhorse can do many of the jobs done by a power band saw—such as tight radial curves. The thinner blade and wider frame of this saw makes it ideal for the detail work on our bench made Windsors. The solid tigered maple framing is complimented by a walnut tongue that adjusts the leather tourniquet arrangement. The handle and front knob are hand turned out of the same figured maple as the framing. This design features ram’s horn accents on the saw’s side cheeks.

Red Oak Block Planes
Our oak planes include both a compass plane (shown here on left) and a block plane (shown here on right). Each plane is made of solid oak hardwood, and features blades of the finest quality steel. We not only craft these planes for sale, but we use them daily in our workshop.
